      Introduction

      Dynamic information can be used to configure Penny Black QR codes so that, when scanned, they will take your customers to a Reviews.io page to leave a review.

      This is a short guide on how to set this up.

      Creating a Reviews.io QR code

      This article from Reviews.io explains how you can use dynamic links to ask for reviews. You can create this URL using Penny Black dynamic variables. Simply change the following values in the URL below:

      • YOUR_STORE_NAME
      • type (this can be Company, Product, Combined or Third Party):
      http://www.reviews.io/store/landing_new_review?store=YOUR_STORE_NAME&user={customer.first_name}%20{customer.last_name}&order_id={external_order_name}&email={customer.email}&products={order.skus}&type=Combined
