Integrate your EKM store with Penny Black to generate personalised inserts for your orders
Pre-requisites
Integrating with Penny Black requires API access which is available only on the Advanced Tier of EKM and above.
- Register your user account at app.pennyblack.io
- From the connect your store dialog, select Other Store
- To connect your store with Penny Black, we require the store username, which can be found within the dropdown in the top right of the admin view of your store. You can find this in the Your Account field shown below:
- Go to Settings > Ecommerce and enter this account number along with your store name:
Installing the Penny Black app on your EKM store
- Click here to install
- When you visit this link in your browser, it will ask for your permission to install the app (or to login first, if not already)
- Select Allow on the following screen
- You will then be redirected to the Penny Black login page
Once installed, you will start to see new orders coming into the Penny Black app on the Activity page
