      Replenishing your printer supplies (paper, ink & maintenance box)

      How to replenish the consumables required for your Epson inkjet printers

      Refilling paper

      • Printers have two different trays, Tray C1 (bottom) and Tray B (top)
      • Fill the printer with the suggested amount of paper to avoid jams.
        • Tray B: 35 sheets
        • Tray C1: 100 sheets
      • Please refer to the video below for paper positioning/orientation
      • Make sure the paper is aligned using the limits and that you have selected the correct paper size on the printer adjustments.

      Refilling ink

      • Remove the ink tray at the bottom of the printer.
      • Follow the procedure in the video

      • You can find the maintenance box on the back of the printer
