Integrate your Shopware store with Penny Black to generate personalised inserts for your orders

Registering your Penny Black account

• Register yourself as a user at https://app.penyblack.io/
• Once your account is confirmed, from the connect store page select Other store and fill in your details.
• A page showing an API key is displayed, you can ignore this for Shopware.
• Now go to Settings > Ecommerce and enter your store URL 
  
  

Installing the Penny Black app on your Shopware store

• The Shopware App is provided in a ZIP file format and can be downloaded using the following link: pennyblack.zip
• To install this into your Shopware store, you will need to visit the My Extensions page from within the store admin:

• This will take you to a list of all the extensions currently installed in your store. Once on this page, you can click the Upload extension button in the top right which will open a dialogue box to browse to the downloaded ZIP file above
• This will then add the App to the list of extensions on this page. To complete the installation, you will need to click Install on the entry for the app:

• The app automatically registers itself within your store and does not require any API keys to be set up manually, so upon a successful install, the slider to the left of the App icon will turn blue and the setup is complete

Once successfully installed, all subsequent orders will be transmitted to Penny Black and visible via the Activity tab within the Penny Black app.
